My computer crashed this morning, after attempting desperately to save it (did more virus scans on that thing than I knew existed X_x) then when I attempted to save all my stuff to CDs, because I knew it was hopeless, the screen goes black. No matter how many times I try to restart my computer, the screen STAYS black. Put in my CD to wipe the entire HD, and nothing happens, screen stays black and I can't even see what I'm doing.

Mom thinks I had wires inside my screen go loose, but I'm not sure.

Anyone know if it could be loose wires that cause a laptop screen to:
1. Fade in and out
2. Bounce around
3. Have white lines going in it
4. Turn black and not come back on even when the computer does?

I think my choice is more... reliable. It was a virus. God only knows WHERE I got it from, since I have a firewall and I don't download anything.

So yeah, I don't know when I'll be online again. I have to get online on my mom and dads computers and they're pretty stingy >_>...
